These Terms of Use apply to the Appleland Realty Group website located at https://applelandrealtygroup.com, along with any associated pages, forms, features, or services operated by Appleland Realty Group, including services provided under Appleland Realty and Appleland Rentals (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing, viewing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.

Appleland Realty Group reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Any revisions are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Appleland Realty Group is a full-service real estate brokerage and management company. Brokerage services are offered under Appleland Realty, and property management services are offered under Appleland Rentals. 5. No Guarantee of Availability or Approval

Use of the Site does not create a client, agency, brokerage, landlord-tenant, management, or fiduciary relationship unless and until Appleland Realty Group expressly agrees to such a relationship in a separate written agreement where required.

Submission of a contact form, property inquiry, rental application, document upload, or payment does not guarantee:

  • application approval
  • placement on a wait list
  • rental eligibility
  • representation by a real estate agent
  • acceptance of an offer

Property availability, terms, pricing, qualifications, and services may change without notice.

6. Fair Housing and Non-Discrimination

Appleland Realty Group is committed to compliance with applicable federal, state, and local fair housing and non-discrimination laws. The Site and any services offered through it are intended to be administered in a manner consistent with those legal obligations. Appleland’s current rental application and approval content expressly references compliance with the Fair Housing Act and the Michigan Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act.

7. Privacy

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, FORMS, FEATURES, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW.

APPLELAND REALTY GROUP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a continuing waiver of that or any other provision.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, submitting forms, sending messages, or otherwise communicating with Appleland Realty Group electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically regarding your inquiry, application, payment, transaction, or use of the Site.

You agree that electronic communications, records, consents, and signatures may have the same legal effect as written communications and handwritten signatures, to the extent permitted by law.
